We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, however we understand there might be times you want to return something. Please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy below and feel free to contact us for assistance. Thankyou!

Returns & Exchanges Criteria

  • All returns and exchanges must be received within 14 days of the original delivery date.
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unused condition and with any tags attached.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns & Exchanges Details

  • Returns/exchanges are processed within 7 working days upon receipt of the package.
  • Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.
  • The buyer is responsible for all delivery costs. Original & return delivery costs are non-refundable unless an item is faulty or an error has been made on our part.
  • For Exchanges - we will send you your new exchange order with complimentary standard delivery (UK orders only). Your new exchange order’s standard delivery charge will be refunded when we process your return package.

Terms & Conditions

  • We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial and a 20-50% restocking fee.
  • We recommend you use a recorded delivery service or retain proof of postage for your return/exchange package as Made Pretty is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.

How to Make a Return

  1. Review our criteria above and make sure the items are eligible for a return.
  2. Fill out the Returns and Exchanges Form that was included with your order. If you did not receive your returns/exchanges form, please contact us to let us know and we will happily provide it for you.
  3. Send you package back to us using a recorded delivery service, noting the tracking number.
  4. We will email you once everything is processed and completed.

How to Make a Exchange

  1. Review our criteria above and make sure the items are eligible for an exchange.
  2. Place a new order online for your exchange items.
  3. Note your new exchange order number on the Returns and Exchanges Form that was included with your order.  If you did not receive your returns/exchanges form, please contact us to let us know and we will happily provide it for you.
  4. Send you package back to us using a recorded delivery service, noting the tracking number.
  5. We will refund your new exchange order's delivery cost when we process your return package (UK orders only).
  6. We will email you once everything is processed and completed.
